Shipping Policy

All orders are shipping from our dispatch location in California, USA. Depending on the efficiency of the postal service, shipping take around 3 to 5 days for US Orders. International orders will take around 1 to 2 weeks. 

If your item is damaged or broken because of the shipping process, please contact us for more information. 

Processing Time

"Made to Order" orders take around 4 weeks to process. Thank you for your patience.

"Pre Order Items" have different processing times. Please visit the description of the indicated item for more information. 

Regular items take around 1 to 3 days to process. Please visit the description of the indicated item for more information. 

Return Policy (updated 04/26/2022)

"Made to Order", "Pre Order Items" and discounted orders are not returnable. Intimate, bedding sets and sanitary conscious items are also not returnable. Other orders are available for returns within 7 days of the delivery date in its original conditions. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

There is a 20% restocking fee for all orders which include the shipping cost and resources used to fulfill your order. This cost will be subtracted and the rest is refunded if all other conditions are met. We are not responsible for the possible damage caused during the return shipping process.
